Includes rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, and wound care. Must work 40 hours per week, with 5 shifts, including every other weekend. Clinical ratios are 1:18-20 in a 300-bed facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform medication passes accurately and safely. Monitor and report changes in resident condition. Complete documentation in a timely manner. Provide nursing care according to facility policies. Supervise CNAs on assigned units. Willingness to adapt to dynamic scheduling needs is essential. Modules need to be completed prior to assignment start date.
