Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient health and progress using a computerized charting system.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Offer support and education to patients and their families regarding health care needs and treatments.
Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel- Active RN license
- BLS Certification
- Experience in long-term care settings
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
