Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients with chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
- Assess vital signs and monitor patient progress.
- Coordinate care with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on health management.
- Document patient care and changes in condition.
- Ensure safety and infection control.
Qualifications:- IA Registered Nurse license
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
Job details:- Pay: $1,745.89 - $1,799.89 / week
