TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Flandreau, South Dakota, 57028!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Monitor and assess resident health status, documenting changes and communicating with the interdisciplinary care team
Work every other weekend and every other holiday falling within the contract period
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota or a compact state license accepted in South Dakota
Current and valid nursing credentials required prior to start
Ability to work night shifts (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Availability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric or LTC population
