GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $36.90 - $43.05 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and support personnel
- Assist with care planning and implementation of treatment goals
- Ensure compliance with infection-control procedures and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatments
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality of life
