GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $36.90 - $43.05 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and support personnel
  • Assist with care planning and implementation of treatment goals
  • Ensure compliance with infection-control procedures and regulatory standards
  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatments
  • Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Competitive pay rate of $36.90 - $43.05 per hour
