Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care and memory care environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and quality of life.

SHIFT DETAILS
  • Shift Time: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
  • Meal Break: 30 Minutes
  • Evening Shift
  • Full-Time Rotation Schedule
  • 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $36.30 - $42.35 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct patient assessments and monitor resident health status
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals
  • Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and care needs
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants and ancillary staff
  • Promote patient safety, dignity, and quality of life
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Competitive pay rate of $36.30 - $42.35 per hour
  • Evening shift schedule
  • Experience with dementia and memory care populations preferred
