**Job Description:**

**About the Units:**
- **3 East Unit:**
- 31 beds focused on Alzheimer’s/dementia care
- Utilize verbal and non-verbal communication techniques
- Tailor care to meet individual resident needs
- Create a home-like environment for long-term placement
- **Transitional Rehabilitation Unit:**
- 42 beds dedicated to short-term skilled nursing and rehab
- Assist patients recovering from fractures, joint replacements, and strokes
- Provide vital services like IV therapy, wound care, and geriatric management
- **3 West Unit:**
- 42 beds offering long-term care
- Cultivate a supportive and comforting environment for residents
**Job Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Associates degree in Nursing
- **Licensure:**
- Valid State of Maine or compact RN license
- **Experience:**
- 1-3 years previous RN experience preferred
- **Skills:**
- Proficiency in medical terminology preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills required
- Flexibility to work 24/7 and float to other units as needed
- **Additional:**
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
**Shift Information:**
- Nights (7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.)
