Candidates must have at least two years of overall experience, with a minimum of one year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience within the past two years.
 

Candidates must have reliable transportation for the duration of the contract. If a candidate does not have reliable transportation, this must be clearly indicated at the time of submission.
 

Client prefers candidates that have worked in rural communities and have previous contract experience working in cold weather states.
