Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – South Carolina

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) ICU setting. Contract options available for 13 to 26 weeks.

Highlights:

  • 12-bed ICU within a comprehensive LTAC facility with 35-bed Med-Surg unit
  • Specialized focus on ventilator weaning, complex wound care, spinal cord injury, trach/PEG management, and neuro care
  • Epic EMR system – minimum 1 year Epic experience required
  • Daily census of 35 patients with interdisciplinary support including PT, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Social Services
  • Patient population includes adults and geriatrics (18+) with complex medical needs
  • Billable orientation modules (up to 16 hours) completed prior to start

Requirements:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
  • Neuro experience required
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
  • LTAC experience preferred
  • Charge experience preferred
  • Epic EMR experience (minimum 1 year) required
  • Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
  • Must reside 100+ miles from facility (distance requirements may apply)
