LTAC MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced LTAC MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on night shifts. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to handle various patient care scenarios in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting.
• Monitor patients' health status and administer necessary treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in care plan development and implementation.
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning.

Shift Details

This position is for night shifts, requiring 4 twelve-hour shifts weekly.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting; candidates with at least 1 year of experience will be considered.
• Certifications: Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.
• On-Call: Availability for holiday coverage and on-call shifts as needed.
• Floating: Willingness to float within the scope of practice based on facility needs.
• Radiation Safety: Ability to pass arrhythmia and medication tests on the first day of employment.
• Personal Grooming: May require shaving for fit testing.

Attendance Policy

There is an attendance policy in place; more than two missed shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may lead to contract review and potential cancellation.
