Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry for a position on an LTAC unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong neuro experience and be ready to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on an LTAC unit.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
  • Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support.

Shift Details

This position offers both 36-hour and 48-hour workweek options. The schedule consists of night shifts, with a commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Weekend coverage will be managed through a call rotation among team members, including primary and backup call technicians.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certification required.
  • Previous experience in an LTAC setting is preferred.
  • Neuro experience is essential.

Contract Duration

This position offers a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks.
