**Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
- Assess resident needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer comprehensive nursing care with a focus on quality and compassion.
- Evaluate nursing care effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Hold General Certifications (BLS/BCLS).
