Here's what you can expect in this exciting opportunity: - **Position:** LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse - **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Exhibit critical thinking and scientific judgment to plan for safe and effective patient care delivery. - Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and training. - Delegate patient care priorities according to the education and experience of the staff. - Offer direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care. - **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of recent skilled RN experience. - Current certifications in ACLS and BLS (must be attached with submission). - Ventilator and tracheostomy experience, along with knowledge of central lines and preferred wound care experience. - Valid NC or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached with resume). - Flexible shift availability: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays. - Availability to take on-call duty one weekend per month. - **Shifts:** - Alternating schedule to ensure comprehensive patient coverage.
