Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (LTAC/Telemetry) – Indiana

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Shift-based nursing position with accountability for direct patient care delivery in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry environment

Highlights:
  • Provide nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act standards
  • Work with ventilator and tracheostomy patients requiring specialized respiratory care
  • Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to anticipate and plan safe care delivery
  • Opportunity to lead and delegate patient care priorities to clinical team members
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team focused on complex patient populations
  • Contract replacement position supporting continuity of care for patients requiring extended hospitalization
Requirements:
  • Active Indiana Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact RN license
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2 years recent Telemetry and LTAC experience in a hospital setting
  • Demonstrated experience with ventilator management and tracheostomy care
  • Strong clinical competencies with ongoing commitment to continuing education
  • Ability to supervise and direct assigned personnel in patient care delivery
