**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in LTAC/Telemetry Care!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in LTAC/Telemetry.
- Hold shift accountability for providing exceptional patient care using the Nursing Process.
- Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure the safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuous education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the experience and education of available staff.
- Provide direction and supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.
**Qualifications:**
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS & BLS (must be through the American Heart Association)
- Experience:
- Vent/trach experience and knowledge of central lines are a must; wound care experience preferred.
- License:
- Current CO or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume).
- Patient Ratios:
- 1:6 management for optimal care delivery.
