**Exciting Opportunity for LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic healthcare team as an LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse!
- Be accountable for providing exceptional patient care through the Nursing Process while following state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies.
- Showcase your critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in delivering safe and effective care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities aligned with staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel in delivering high-quality patient care.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of clinical experience required.
- Must have current ACLS & BLS certifications (attached to submission).
- Vent/trach experience is a must.
- 2 years of recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting.
- An active Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (attached to resume).
- Familiarity with EMRs is a plus.
