Qualifications & Clinical Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Skilled RN experience
• Core Skills Required: Ventilator/trach management, central line care
• Preferred Experience: Wound care management
• Licensing: Active North Carolina (NC) or Multi-State Compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
• Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required 

Schedule & On-Call Requirements

• Shift Pattern: Alternating schedule:
  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Week 2: Wed, Thu (then rotates back)
• On-Call: Required 1 weekend per month
