Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum Two (2) Years Bedside Clinical Experience highly desired
• ICU experience required
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within the first 8 hours of admission
• Create and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support rehabilitation goals, discharge planning, and patient education throughout the stay
• Communicate changes in patient status to the charge nurse, attending physician, and care team
• Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing staff as appropriate
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive patient care environment
• Participate in team collaboration, professional growth, and unit support activities
