Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation (MS REHAB) is sought for a facility-based position at a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The role involves providing high-quality patient care to adults recovering from strokes, brain or spinal-cord injuries, amputations, trauma, and other complex conditions. The position is located in Chesterfield, Missouri, and requires working during the night shift.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: RN licensed in State of Missouri, BLS (CPR) Certification, 2 years of experience, located in Missouri or willing to commute to Chesterfield, MO
  • Preferred Qualifications: Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
  • Additional Information:
    • Unit includes 81 private rooms with an approximate patient nurse ratio of 1:6/7 during the day and 1:8 at night
    • Equipment includes patient lifts and specialized beds; Therapists work closely with physicians, specialists, and family members to treat patients progressively toward their goals
    • Scrub color is black, and a provided ID badge must be worn at all times
    • Reporting time is 6:30 PM upon arrival
    • Parking is available in the garage (upper level or back two rows of the lower level)
    • No float requirements beyond units in the hospital, which include Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, and Spinal Cord Injury units
