Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of bedside clinical nursing experience required
• Critical care nursing or high-acuity experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced LTAC setting
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Complete timely nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Support patient rehabilitation goals through direct, ongoing nursing care
• Initiate discharge planning and patient/family education early in the admission process
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care
• Guide and support ancillary nursing staff as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused care environment
