  • Required Qualifications: RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), 1+ years of experience (excluding new graduates)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) setting, Med-Surg background, EPIC electronic health record experience
  • Unit Information: 42 beds, patient ratios of 5:1 RN to LPN, CNA 7:1, equipped with EPIC and PYXISEHR systems
  • Patient Population: Adults, some geriatric, and rehabilitation patients
  • Hiring Profile: Must have skills/experience in LTAC, med-surg, and rehabilitation treatments
  • First Day Instructions: Report at 7:00 PM, scrubs of any color, ask for JON WARD, Nurse Manager
  • Additional Notes: No local candidates, no LTC experience needed, no new graduates, and no float requirements
  • Hiring Profile: For contractor replacement
