**Requirements:**
- Current ACLS & BLS certifications (must be attached to submission, through the American Heart Association).
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience.
- Previous LTAC nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Valid Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume).
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
