Job Description: Position: RN – Labor & Delivery / Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) Location: Bentonville, AR Setting: Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum

Schedule:

• 4x12s, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• 48 hours per week
• Night shift
• Phone screening required

Travel Pay Package: $3,187/week total

• Taxable Rate: $40/hour
• Housing Stipend: $791/week
• Meals & Incidentals Stipend: $476/week

Overview:

• Provide care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and identify complications promptly
• Coordinate patient and newborn care utilizing the nursing process
• Provide patient education and emotional support during childbirth and recovery
• Assist in the transition from labor and delivery to maternal-child care
• LDRP experience is required

Additional Details:

• Charting: Cerner
• 5 openings available
• No defined cancellation policy
• Phone screening required prior to offer
• 13-week assignment with night shifts

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• LDRP experience required
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NRP Certification
• Fetal Monitoring Certification
• Labor & Delivery experience within the last 3 years preferred
• RNC-OB certification preferred
