LDRP RN Travel Opportunity

Looking for an experienced LDRP RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a hospital in New Mexico. This is a great opportunity for an experienced OB nurse with strong Labor & Delivery, Newborn, and Postpartum experience.

Contract Details

• Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 3x12s | 36 hours/week
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Openings: 1
• Setting: Hospital
• Scrubs: Required
• OT: Occasional opportunity for 48 hours/week ($95/hr OT rate)
• On-Call: Varies based on unit needs

‍⚕️ Position Overview

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and discharge. The LDRP RN will care for OB and newborn patients and may float to Med-Surg for 1–2 patients when needed.

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of LDRP/OB experience
• Strong OB, Newborn, and Postpartum experience
• New Mexico or Compact RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Must be comfortable floating to Med-Surg for 1–2 patients

Required Certifications

• ACLS – Required
• NRP – Required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (IFM) – Required
• STABLE – Preferred
• OPS – Preferred

Orientation

• 1 Cerner/onboarding session
• 1 shift of clinical training

Patient Ratio: Approximately 1–2 patients per nurse
