Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery / Women's Care Unit (L&D RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 18:00 – 06:30 | 36 Hours per Week
- Schedule Structure: 12-hour night shifts.
- Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Rotational coverage per unit operational guidelines.
- On-Call / Standby: No On-Call required.

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of dedicated Labor & Delivery (L&D) nursing experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Strong, hands-on L&D experience coupled with comfortable Postpartum and Nursery experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Verified clinical experience in newborn stabilization skills strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- EMR Proficiency: Hands-on Epic EMR experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License strictly required IN-HAND at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of employment).
- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification strongly recommended.
