Travel RN Mother Baby | $2448 (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 36 hours/week

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Start Date: October 25, 2026
Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Shift Type: Day Shift
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Orientation Pay: 50%

Radius Rule: Must be 50 miles away from the facility 
 

Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate.

 

Position Overview

Norton Women's and Children's Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide care to mothers and newborns. Candidates must have acute care nursing experience and the required certifications and licensure.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns.
  • Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and report changes promptly.
  • Support mothers with postpartum recovery and newborn care.
  • Educate families on newborn care, feeding, and postpartum needs.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Follow hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience.
  • Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program – Advanced (NRP-Advanced).

  • STABLE certification.
