Telemetry Test Required: Traveler will complete a telemetry test onsite, typically during orientation, and will have 2 attempts to pass. Failure to pass after the second attempt will result in contract cancellation. Please review this requirement with the traveler prior to submission.

LDRP with 2+ years of experience
If traveler is local (within 50 miles of facility) the Bill Rate is *** less than the travel rate***
MUST have NY License in Hand prior to subbing
RTO required prior to submittal, anything submitted after will not be approved
