Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
- Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
- Ability to float within the facility as needed
- Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility location
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) charting systems, though training will be provided
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced labor and delivery environment
