Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care across obstetrical settings including ante-partum, intra-partum, and post-partum units
Deliver nursing care for GYN patients and newborns within an 18-bed Labor and Delivery unit
Manage patient assignments at a 1:1 to 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio across triage, antepartum, recovery, OR, and L&D beds
Utilize electronic health record systems to document and coordinate patient care
Float to mother-baby unit and potentially other adult or pediatric floors as needed in a helping-hands capacity within scope of practice
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 4–5 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
Current BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
Proficiency with Epic and Stork electronic health record systems required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a multi-functional obstetrical unit including triage, antepartum, OR, and recovery settings
Comfort with floating to mother-baby or other adult units as needed
