Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
Support evaluation of clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong understanding of patient safety standards and nursing best practices
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity within Labor and Delivery
Familiarity with clinical resource management and staffing coordination
