    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit within an acute care hospital setting
    • Demonstrate flexibility working weekends as required by unit needs
    • Float to Mother Baby unit as needed to support staffing
    • May be required to float to a nearby sister facility
    • Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
    • Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted
    • Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required; 3 years preferred
    • Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP
    • Must be flexible working weekends
    • Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-submission RTO may not be granted
    • Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible for local rate; candidates outside 50 miles are also accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Precepting skills preferred
    • 3 or more years of Labor and Delivery experience
    • Experience with Epic charting system
    • Strong clinical skills with ability to function as a supportive caregiver on a busy unit
