Labor and Delivery (L&D) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shifts | 12-Hour Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Read and interpret fetal monitoring accurately and respond appropriately
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for laboring and postpartum patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments and interventions in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (Compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
- BLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- ACLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with high-risk Labor and Delivery patients
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments
