    Job Title

    Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

    Location

    Scranton, Pennsylvania

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care for antepartum, intrapartum, and surgical (circulating RN) patients
    • Manage PACU recovery for both the patient and neonate following delivery
    • Monitor and care for 1–2 laboring patients per assignment within an 11-bed unit that includes a 3-bed triage, 2-bed PACU, and 2 operating rooms
    • Utilize electronic medical record systems (Cerner and GE Centricity) to document and coordinate patient care
    • Float to other units as required per facility need
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Pennsylvania
    • Minimum 1–2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
    • Basic Arrhythmia Course completion
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Cerner and/or GE Centricity EMR platforms
    • Familiarity with circulating RN responsibilities in a Labor and Delivery surgical setting
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
