    Contract | Night Shift | 3x12s (1800–0630) | Rotating Schedule | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide unit-based leadership working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff to ensure effective unit operations
    • Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment
    • Ensure all patients on the unit receive cost-effective, professional care resulting in positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction
    • Maintain the highest level of patient safety and assess opportunities to improve the quality of the patient experience
    • Serve in a Charge Nurse capacity as required; no on-call obligations
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
    • ACLS (AHA or ARC) certification required
    • NRP (AHA or ARC) certification required
    • AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification completed within the last 2 years required
    • Minimum 5 years of Labor and Delivery clinical experience
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or Charge Nurse experience required
    • Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
    • Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification
    • Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams in a high-acuity Labor and Delivery environment
