Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 16, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for labor and delivery patients in a Women's Services unit with 10 LDR rooms, 2 ORs, and 2 triage bays
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean sections
• Deliver postpartum couplet care as needed
• Perform triage assessments for obstetric patients
• Utilize EMR systems including Expanse for documentation and CPN for monitoring
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (FM) certification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Demonstrated ability to circulate in the OR for cesarean sections

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with labor and postpartum combined (couplet care)
• Obstetric triage experience
• Familiarity with AWHONN patient ratio standards
• Experience with HillRom and GE equipment platforms
