Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit, maintaining patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:3–4
- Monitor and interpret fetal heart rate patterns using Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
- Respond to neonatal emergencies utilizing Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Float between like units as needed to support staffing requirements
- Complete required compliance modules via the online learning portal prior to start and annually thereafter
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; pending state license accepted
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Local candidates are welcome
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3 or more years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments across like units
