Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned Labor & Delivery patients under the direction of a licensed physician
- Apply the nursing process to individualize patient care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary health care team
- Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and departmental policies
- Maintain current knowledge of principles, theories, and techniques relevant to Labor & Delivery nursing practice
- Adhere to all administrative and departmental policies, procedures, and specialty-specific requirements
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License or Multi-State Compact RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery or related clinical specialty
