Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit, including coverage of the OR and antepartum settings
- Float to postpartum as needed based on unit demands
- Complete required onboarding modules during orientation, including facility learning center and EHR training modules
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC
- Adhere to unit protocols and compliance standards throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN State License required and must be in-hand at time of application (EMSA not accepted)
- All required certifications must be in-hand at time of application
- EPIC experience required; must be documented in work history
- Two (2) supervisor references required at time of application
- No RTO within the first two weeks of the assignment; maximum of 7 days RTO per 13-week contract highly preferred; all RTO must be submitted at time of application and cannot be modified once the profile has been sent for review
- Locals are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in Labor & Delivery, antepartum, postpartum, or OR settings
- Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and assignment expectations
- Ability to float across related women's health units as needed
