Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including active labor management and delivery support
- Scrub and assist with Cesarean sections as required
- Provide recovery care and mother-baby nursing within scope of practice
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Float to other units or facilities as needed to meet staffing demands
- Complete Basic Dysrhythmia competency during facility compliance/orientation
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid RN license in good standing (no license hits); pending state licenses are not accepted
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience; ability to scrub C-sections required
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP or NALS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 3 or more years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records charting
