Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including recovery and mother-baby settings
- Perform and assist with C-section scrubbing as required
- Complete Basic Dysrhythmia competency during compliance/orientation
- Document patient care and clinical information using Epic electronic health records
- Float within scope to other units or facilities as needed to meet facility demands
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience; ability to scrub C-sections required
- BLS, NRP/NALS, ACLS, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required
- Valid driver's license or state-issued ID required at time of submission
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates within 75 miles are not eligible to apply
- No more than 5 days of requested time off per 13-week contract period; no holiday RTO accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health records charting system
- 3 or more years of Labor and Delivery clinical experience
- Willingness and ability to float to additional units or nearby facilities as needed
