    Job Title

    Labor and Delivery RN - Night Shift

    Location

    Nashua, NH

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Every 3rd Weekend Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver care to pregnant and laboring women, newborns, children, and families across the continuum of care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation
    • Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, anesthesia providers, and the broader healthcare team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
    • Provide circulation support and care for GYN surgical and general post-operative patients as needed
    • Care for post-partum patients in addition to labor and delivery responsibilities
    • Interact effectively with patients and their significant others while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with AWHONN Standards, 7th Edition
    • Demonstrate patient-centered behaviors and maintain a high level of accuracy and organization in daily work
    Required Qualifications
    • Active New Hampshire RN License required
    • BLS certification required
    • Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
    • Willingness to work every 3rd weekend
    • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff in accordance with established policies and procedures
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Minimum of 5 years of labor and post-partum nursing experience strongly preferred
    • Prior circulation experience in a surgical or GYN setting preferred
    • Experience caring for GYN surgical and general post-operative patients
