Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Respond to obstetric emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Idaho Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Labor and Delivery unit
- Familiarity with high-acuity obstetric patient populations
