Weekend Shift Hours: two weekend shifts ( Friday or Sat) every 6 weeks
Call Requirements: One weeknight 7p-7a call shift every two weeks and two weekend (Friday or Sat) call shifts every 6 weeks. Call response is 1 hour or less

Patient Ratios: Active labor 1:1 Postpartum couplets 3-4. We follow AWHONN staffing recommendations
Equipment: Philips Fetal Monitors, CADD epidural pumps, HUGS infant security, Vocera, Natus Hearing Screen Machine, Transcutaneous Bilimeter (Drager): Panda Radiant Warmers, AccuStat: Pyxis
EMR: OBIX/Epic-STORK/Optime
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: labor and delivery management (ability to check cervix (vaginal exam), triage patients, Circulate C/S/ D& C
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Labor and delivery/ Postpartum/Newborn nursery (bonus if they have scrub/assist or NICU skills)
Type of Patients on Unit: antepartum, intrapartum and Postpartum. This is Level II OB and NICU per Indiana Perinatal levels of Care
Personality Fit: Friendly, supportive team player, good communicator, critical thinker

Scrub Color: supplied by the department- must keep pair of shoes for work only: Locker supplied.
