Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients during night shift hours
- Support and manage approximately 5–12 deliveries per month
- Document patient care accurately using the CPSI/Thrive charting system
- Float to Med Surg unit as needed to support staffing requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
- Ability to work a 7 on / 7 off night shift schedule (36/48-hour rotation)
- Ability to float to Med Surg as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with CPSI/Thrive electronic charting system
- Experience working in a low-volume Labor & Delivery setting
