Contract | 13 Weeks | 4x12-Hour Day Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Blocked scheduling may be considered | Facility work week: Sunday–Saturday | Orientation takes place on Tuesdays only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, with flexibility to float within the OB service line including Postpartum and Well-Baby Nursery
- Float to Med/Surg as needed, consistent with the critical access model requiring multifaceted RN capabilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment supporting an emergency department that sees up to 350 patients per month
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
- Maintain compliance with all required certifications and facility protocols throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid for practice in Nebraska
- BLS certification (AHA)
- ACLS certification (AHA)
- PALS (AHA) or ENPC certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are welcome to apply
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
- CPI certification
- SANE certification
