    Contract | Nights | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including antepartum and intrapartum management across 4 labor beds and 4 triage beds
    • Deliver postpartum care and couplet care across 13 obstetric beds
    • Apply basic med-surg skills to care for post-surgical patients, including hysterectomy patients
    • Perform fetal monitoring in accordance with AWHONN standards
    • Float within the hospital as needed based on unit census and staffing requirements
    • Work at least one holiday during the contract period
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid RN State or Compact License required at time of submission
    • Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience (3+ years strongly preferred)
    • Prior travel nursing experience preferred due to current unit skill mix
    • Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
    • Must be able to work L&D, postpartum, couplet care, and basic med-surg skills
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rate; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • STABLE certification preferred
    • Experience with EPIC electronic health records strongly preferred
    • 3 or more years of experience in Labor and Delivery and obstetric settings
    • Familiarity with antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and couplet care workflows
