    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) – Nights

    Location

    Keene, NH | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week not available for this need — full-time hours expected

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive nursing care across all aspects of an all-in-one L&D unit, including labor, delivery, mother/baby, postpartum, nursery, and newborn resuscitation
    • Deliver individualized nursing care to patients from infancy through adulthood, applying knowledge of age-related growth and development
    • Adhere to the unit's nursing philosophy, Standards of Care, and Standards of Practice in a low-intervention, midwife-led care environment
    • Document and manage patient care using the Epic EMR system
    • Perform or assist with Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) protocols as needed
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support personalized, empowerment-focused pregnancy and birth experiences
    Required Qualifications
    • Active New Hampshire RN License or valid Compact RN License
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
    • Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
    • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
    • Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience required
    • Epic EMR experience required
    • Candidate must have their own vehicle
    • Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • AWHONN Certification obtained within the past 3 years
    • Proficiency across all L&D sub-specialties, including nursery and newborn resuscitation
    • Experience working in an all-in-one or combined L&D/Mother-Baby unit setting
