Perform patient assessments and reassessments per policy and procedure, making sound independent clinical decisions
Initiate, prioritize, and implement individualized plans of care; collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions and revise the plan of care as indicated
Provide and evaluate patient and family education specific to care, treatment, and discharge needs
Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel; serve as a mentor and preceptor while fostering teamwork
Participate in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives in alignment with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of two (2) years of acute care RN experience
Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM certifications required
