Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Subject to weekend, holiday, float, and call requirements per department guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting during night shift hours
- Perform obstetric triage assessments and manage laboring patients
- Deliver couplet care for mother and baby during the postpartum period
- Circulate in the OR for cesarean section and other obstetric surgical cases
- Perform newborn admissions and assist with deliveries as needed
- Float to additional facilities within the regional network as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active NRP certification from an approved vendor
- Active AFM (Antepartum Fetal Monitoring) certification from an approved vendor
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Proficiency in obstetric triage
- Multi-skill capacity across triage, postpartum couplet care, OR circulation, and newborn care
