Description:
Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards.
Reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
Identifies and meets personal learning needs; attends relevant education programs.
Uses patient education materials and assesses readiness to learn.
Identifies patient outcomes and revises care plans as needed.
Collaborates with the team to evaluate care and ensure continuity.
Provides safe, competent care for patients with complex needs.
